Allstars of Warcraft League (AWL) Season 2 App's

So its that time again ... with the slowness of Season 1 due to inconsistent teams and just poor planning on my part.. I promise to make Season 2 smoother. This time there will be great admin team working along side to make sure things are done properly and updated properly.

So with that said here is all that I need from teams that are interested in returning or applying for the first time.
1) If you competed in this league for the first time and were placed 1st and 2nd of last season.. you will auto qualify into the season.
2) If you are applying for the first time... be sure to follow the format listed below. If its not done properly.. I will be strict and ask you to do it again. It won't affect your acceptance its just I want it neat and easy to put up onto the site.
